Do you offer other products besides custom race medals?
Yes, Runner's High offers a variety of products besides custom medallions. For more information on the different products we are able to offer please reach out to your Sales Rep.
Please note: some requests for non-medallion products may take longer for artwork and quoting than our custom medals.
Do you offer products that are produced in the United States?
Yes. Runner's High is a division of Sports Awards which operates a 40,000+ square foot manufacturing facility in Chicago IL. We manufactured all "in stock" race medals in the US. For more information on origin and custom manufacturing, please reach out to a Sales Rep.
Is there a minimum quantity required to order?
For all custom medallion or award orders we do not require a minimum; however, we do recommend ordering at least 100 units as the cost per unit to set up manufacturing process (die-cast molds, for example) goes down the more you order.
For in-stock orders we require a minimum of 50 units. Orders less than 50 units shall be subject to a LTM (less than minimum) fee. Please contact a Sales Rep for more information.
What type of art files do you require?
For best results, we recommend submitting art such as logos in a vector file format ( AI, EPS, or editable PDF file). If you cannot supply vector files, we can create them for you—this may require additional time to create your initial product mockup.
How are shipping costs determined?
For custom orders the shipping cost will be factored into your price quote.
For in-stock products at our online store, shipping costs are tiered, based on the amount of race medals ordered. These costs will be detailed in your shopping cart.
Shipping charges for special order products such as t-shirts or other swag will be added to your final invoice.
What are your payment options?
We accept payment by credit card and check, and for in-stock item purchases at our online store we also support third-party payment methods such as PayPal.

What is your lead time?
Lead times vary according to the type of product. For custom race medals production lead times run approximately 5-6 weeks after art approval, and for stock medals lead times run approximately 10-15 business days after art approval.
