Placing Your Order
Runner’s High offers a variety of ways to create and pay for your order depending on the product selected. Please see below for ordering details by product.
Custom medals and other custom products can be ordered by phone with your Sales Rep or via email at email@example.com. Custom medals ARE NOT available for purchase at our ecommerce store.
When placing an order for custom products please remember that your lead time does not begin until after you have given your approval on the artwork.
Our in stock product CAN BE PURCHASED ONLINE through the website. Generic medals without any engraving or artwork can simply be added to your cart and purchased. Any product with engraving or artwork requires customer art approval before we begin manufacturing it.
Credit Cards: We accept all major credit cards.
Checks: Checks can be mailed to 5544 W Armstrong Ave Chicago IL 60646 please include your order number provided to you by your Sales Rep in the Check memo.
PayPal: PayPal is available—please reach out to your rep for more information on this service.
Online: Online orders are only available for stock products at our ecommerce store and must be paid for with a credit card.
Order Confirmation and Invoicing
When your order is finalized you will receive an order confirmation from your sales rep. This order confirmation IS NOT your final invoice. Your final invoice will be emailed to you after your product ships. Your final invoice will include any additional charges or processing fees associated with your order.
Rush services may be available for orders placed outside of our standard production times. Additional fees may apply. For more information on rush services, please contact your Sales Rep or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
All lead times are subject to change based on capacity and product availability.
The delivery date on your order confirmation is not guaranteed. Manufacturing, shipping or weather delays may occur and are out of our control. We will do our best to make arrangements to deliver your order by your event date.
CUSTOM QUOTED ITEMS: Shipping charges for custom items will be estimated and included in your project quote.
PURCHASED ON WEBSITE: Freight charges for in-stock medallions will be added to your order and prepaid. These charges are based on FedEx Ground shipping rates and only apply to orders shipping within the continental US.
